Its been 2 years now and they are still a service to my needs and willing to help any way they can. If only all customer service was like this in the world. Keep up the great work Daleo Motors. You can't please everyone but your group certainly goes the extra mile and then some. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Daleo Motor- the sales experience was great however The day I drove my car off the lot I noticed an exhaust like s I recently purchased a vehicle from Daleo Motor- the sales experience was great however The day I drove my car off the lot I noticed an exhaust like smell inside the cabin. Having worked in the automotive industry for 6+ years I drove the vehicle thinking maybe it was just maybe spilled oil and to give it time to burn off. After the smell was still present, I mentioned the concerned to Felice and was told he would take care of it. After a week or 2 of waiting I took it upon myself to take the vehicle in for an inspection of the exhaust..to the vehcile had NO OIL...the owner just brushed this off saying his mechanics sometimes forget things!!!! Now am I not onpy still dealing with exhaust fumes in my vehicle, but engine issues and Felice is giving me the run around and avoiding all calls. After working here for 1 week, Ive seen first hand how he dodges all calls when someone has an issue with a recently purchased vehcile. Not to mention - during the sale the vehicle was to go in my name but they put it into my cosigners name without approval. More

Biggest fraud scamming people hard earn money The biggest scammers in whole world they want to fool people and take their hard earn money..I got Dodge Journey 2009 from them just 3 weeks ago..with The biggest scammers in whole world they want to fool people and take their hard earn money..I got Dodge Journey 2009 from them just 3 weeks ago..within 2 days the car engine started making noise I want to dealership and met this con Felice..he told me it's just the lifters but after a week noise getting worst and smoke started coming from the car he said the same thing again I took car to him and than he told me to take it to mechanic and get estimate I got estimate from mechanic and mechanic told me not to keep this car the engine is gone I went to his dealership again and this time same excuse I told him either to replace car coz I can't wait for it to repair for many days I need to work or he can give me a supplementary vehicle until my car is fixed and it's summer end so I drive with my friends on every weekend to cottages so I drive 8000km in a month but I told him I'm ready to pay for it I was in his office and he took my car keys without my permission and parked my car at mechanic place and told me to leave without car he will fix car I'm calling since 4 days he don't answer there is no personal cellphone he gives he calls from private number and when you call at his office his receptionist have same answer we don't know where he is we will ask him to call back but I never got call it's my hard earned money I paid 2500 in 1 month for this scrap and today I called him again I literally cried coz I'm not working I'm broke now spending money on that car I told him if he can give me some refund like 500$ and keep his car I'm ready to loose 2000 for 8000km I drove but he is not ready for it he just want to scam people I asked him give me estimate how long will it take to fix the car but answer is same I don't know so now I'm calling OMVIC to complaint about this scammer and my mistake I didn't read old reviews about him so I'm going to put in newspaper about him and anybody I'm sure lot of people got same issue with this guy message me so we can go to court and sue him...but beware and don't buy car from him his all cars are broken and he just temporary fix them More
