Zero credit didn't suck Okay, so my wife needed a new car and I have zero credit. I looked online to find dealerships who deal with people like me and found a few. I found a Okay, so my wife needed a new car and I have zero credit. I looked online to find dealerships who deal with people like me and found a few. I found a nice van a Daleo motors and called the next day. We set up an appointment and met with Trina ( she's awesome ). After doing her thing she was able to get me a great deal on a better vehicle, all this was pressure free and in a relaxed atmosphere with jokes and smiles. We drove off in a Dodge Grand Caravan and couldn't have been happier. My wife was then hit from behind a few months later and the van was written off, but in record time Trina (again she's awesome) had us back on the road like nothing happened. We will be back again. More

We narrowed it down to 4 (3 individuals & 1 car dea At the end of May 2018, my husband and I starting looking on-line for a reasonably priced van/SUV. We narrowed it down to 4 (3 individuals & 1 car dealer). After not being able to purchase the van from the individuals (wouldn’t pass the Safety), we decided to go to Daleo Motors as they have a location a few blocks from our house. First we went to the Barton St E, Hamilton location and looked at the vehicles; test drove a few over the course of a few days (I looked first, and then brought my hubby). The Sales Associate was very friendly and helpful – also was pleased that she wasn’t pushy. We told her what we were looking for…van/SUV that could fit both my husband (5’ 11’ and me 4’ 9”). We had printed out some of the ads from their website and were told which ones were at that location and what ones that were at the Main St, Hamilton location. A few days later (sometime in July 2018), we went to the Main St, Hamilton location. We me with Samantha and told her what we were looking for and she gave us a few choices. Samantha was friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles (and not pushy either). We test drove and told her that we were just in the “looking” stages, which she said was fine, wished us good luck in our search and gave us her card. On August 6, 2018 we (finally) decided on the 2013 Ford Escape SE and Samantha did up the paperwork, explained everything to us (financing, service warranty, etc.) and I signed on the dotted line. We didn't have to do anything, they took care of the change in ownership and license plate sticker (we owned license plates and the sticker had just expired), safety, etc. On August 8, 2018 we picked up the very shiny and clean Escape and drove off very happy indeed. NO GAS FOR BUYER FROM LONDON I drove to Hamilton twice from London, once to view a 2010 CTS, then back again to purchase it. I noticed the gas gauge was almost on empty, I asked Trina if they could put $20 worth of gas in it. I got a flat NO!! A little shocked to say the least, considering they charge a $499.00 admin. fee. Also a scratch on one of the wheels that wasn't there when I first saw the car 5 days ago, once again I asked Trina about, just like the fuel, the answer was a definite NO. Consumers beware! More
