AJ was very friendly and didn't hesitate a bit when we asked for a test drive as soon as we got there. We were at another dealership next door moments earlier and although we were allowed to test drive, the sales person there was hesitant which turned us off. Getting back to AJ, my impression was that he tried to answer the questions we had and fulfill our requests where he could. On the day I was to pick up the car, AJ came to my place of work, drove me to the bank and then to the delearship. Afterwards, he followed up with me to see how I liked the BMW X1. I would say AJ is an exemplary sales person. More

Not only was he accommodating in every way, he also drove me to the finance company to expedite the deal, as I live in Barrie and wanted to drive home the car that very same day. To make a long story short, I had to wait another day for my vehicle, of no fault of the dealership's. Please note that same day car delivery is not common practice, but AJ and Ray (the owner) did their very best to make me happy. So what did AJ do? He drove my car to Barrie the very next day... On his day off! I must say that I am one happy customer. I would highly recommend AJ and Ray to anyone looking for a top notch used European vehicle. I love my BMW X3!!! Ask for AJ. Julie More

I had decided to buy a car and after visiting only curve motors i realized that there's no better place to pick up my new vehicle. Even before i decided the purchase the 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 AJ, the representative was extremely welcoming and accommodating in every aspect. He was courteous to also agree to detail another vehicle for me after i agreed to purchase the selected car for myself. From detailing of the vehicle to having all documents prepared and further to helping me have a loan approved was indeed a result of the hard work put in by AJ at curve motors. He was also generous enough to connect me with an insurance broker who happened to provide me with the cheapest quote among many i had consulted leading me to be insured before my vehicle was out on the road. The best customer service I have ever experienced. I decided to downsize my van to a Mini Cooper and found one on CarGurus offered by Curve Motors. It was exactly what I was looking for at the best pri I decided to downsize my van to a Mini Cooper and found one on CarGurus offered by Curve Motors. It was exactly what I was looking for at the best price. I contacted Curve and AJ replied immediately. AJ even held the car for me until I could get there. He was friendly and welcoming with no pushy sales tactics. There was no question, I decided right then I was buying my new-to-me car from him. When I returned to pick up my car, as I was signing the papers he quietly came into the office, took the keys and disappeared. As I was leaving I asked why he had taken them just as he walked back in. Thoughtfully he had gone and started the car and turned the AC on for me so the car was nice and cool when I got in. The car was immaculately clean and I was so happy. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. The dealership is clean and welcoming.
