WORST SALESMEN AND DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED I was actively searching for a BMW 428i and I particularly liked the one that was in stock. I had the most horrible service I have ever encountered at a dealership. In the back of my mind I was ready to put a down payment and finance or even pay the vehicle by cash. I asked for a test drive and they said they can only provide one after the paperwork to purchase the car is completed because it takes 30 minutes to take the car out of the showroom. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? However, just by the way I was treated, I left the dealership and I am continuing to search for the same vehicle elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY ARROGANT SALESMEN AND A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE. More

Excellent Service. We were waiting to buy a BMW X3 in a particular interior and exterior colour for sometime. We then found out Curve Motors had the exact one we wanted We were waiting to buy a BMW X3 in a particular interior and exterior colour for sometime. We then found out Curve Motors had the exact one we wanted, we called and a Gentleman by the name of Ben asked us to drop by. We went to see the vehicle and met with Ben. There was no sales pressure from him at all. He gave us the time and our space to look at all the X3's in the parking lot and was there to answer all our questions. Once we had made up our mind he took us for a Test Drive and still gave us time to think about it. We took the extended warranty as it is sensible to do as we are buying a used vehicle. Then we paid the deposit and did the paper work and after 4 days picked up the X3. The vehicle was well inspected, fixed and the interior and exterior beautifully cleaned. He spent time with us and went over the electronics/ functions of the SUV and he made sure we understood it well. He still does follow ups with us to make sure that everything is working well and that we are satisfied. I'm completely satisfied with Ben's service and his upfront honesty. We have already passed his contact information to our friends and I will recommend him to any one. Thanks !!!! More

Stressful car buying experience Ben was rude to us from the beginning; they clearly want to make sure they only spend time with serious buyers which is understandable. Other dealerships do same BUT aren't rude in their method. Ben needs to learn salesmanship; he rude and condescending, and acted like he barely had time for us - and we are buyers who knew exactly what we wanted & had the cash to buy the car we wanted so we were serious! I felt a complete lack of trust in him and the dealership. They made me feel like they were doing me a favour letting me buy this car. Unfortunately, the car we wanted is rare and they had the exact one we wanted at a reasonable price. After careful review of the CarProof and inspection of the car, we decided we should ignore our dislike of the salesman and dealership and buy it anyways. Super high pressure when we came to pick up the car to buy their extended warranty; veiled threat that if we didn't buy warranty, they might pull the deal (this is after we had signed contract in place several days before). Terrible sales practices which is WHY I DIDN"T BUY THE WARRANTY FROM THEM, instead bought it elsewhere. More

An honest review. Ok, so I review often and I dont take my recommendations lightly. I approached Ben one week ago, they opened the dealer a few minutes past nine and I Ok, so I review often and I dont take my recommendations lightly. I approached Ben one week ago, they opened the dealer a few minutes past nine and I had little time but was intrigued by an A5 S-line that I had come across online, he took the time to show me the car and two other A5 S-line models and I fell for a different model, black on black, fully loaded, nav, rear camera, bang and olfson sound and Audi lane assist.. just incredible. I was given the carproof on all three cars upfront, one had an accident the others clean. I then did some research and found a few bad reviews of the dealership and that put me right off, I almost walked away from the deal.. I asked Ben about this and he mentioned of the volume that they produce they might get 50% of people take the time to write reviews while the few that have a bad experience write a review 100% of the time, he asked me to give him the opportunity to prove those reviews are wrong and we continued. Next, I have an excellent Audi mechanic, Independent Tuning, which I trust. Ben suggested I take the car to complete an inspection before purchasing and I appreciated that greatly, the car had a few codes in the past and some body work that my mechanic noticed which I mentioned to Ben and he took care of it and also they were fair in my trade in value (2013 Audi A4) and finally and equally important they got TD to finance me at prime which is what I had anyways. All in all, I have had a great buying experience BUT I will be reviewing again as a follow up 3 months in and if the car continues perfect then that will round out my review.
