Terrible customer service. Check in time is just an estimate. Be prepared to be there awhile before you’re checked in. Too many appointments booked at the same time. Had my car all day and “didn’t have time to call” to give me an update during the day. Went to pick up my car thinking everything was all good only to find the check engine light on. When I asked why they didn’t address that in my $1600 service, I was told that they can’t run that diagnostic without checking with me first but they were “too busy to call”. Be prepared to wait when you pick your car up too. Everyone is arriving at the same time. If you have any questions for the service people, that’s a problem because they leave once the work is done apparently and not at the time that the service desk closes. I will not be returning to this location. More

I purchased my vehicle from the dealership, and the sales person was wonderful. However, I refuse to have my vehicle serviced by the service department and am reluctant to bring my vehicle in for recall noti person was wonderful. Because it is a used used vehicle, I am approached by the sales manager to upgrade my vehicle, an annoyance. If I was interested in upgrading my vehicle, I would contact them. And every time I bring my vehicle in for, recall, not only am I informed of “items needing attention” but I receive it back with minor damage. This time the back up camera, located at the back, was broken. I requested it to be fixed. While the staff, service staff and reception are all very polite and attentive, which is a plus. I don’t how it happens but I now always expect to have some small mishap when I collect my vehicle. More
