I always have to return to this dealership twice to have any service corrected. they just do not care, new staff monthly and always new manager/s . so much disappointment and disgust . service never performed right the first time. I signed the agreement and pay $500 deposit at the spot. But this morning Ariff called me and said if I want to take the vehicle, I need to pay much more amount. It is a terrible thing . Please step away from this store if you do not want an awful experience with your vehicle shopping. A man/ dealer without his word is nothing. More
On August 1, 2024 I took my Ioniq 5 to Crowfoot Hyundai for a 24,000 km service. When checking in, the service advisor asked if I would like the brake fluid replaced. I was surprised but agreed. After the service was complete, I learned that the brake fluid replacement was $473 + GST and that a brake service ($230 + GST) was “recommended based on kilometers”. I sent a letter asking why I was offered the brake fluid replacement ($473 + GST) when a brake service ($230 + GST) was recommended based on kilometers. The service advisor replied by email saying both services are “recommended based on kilometers”. If these services ($700) are recommended based on kilometers, why are they not listed on the Crowfoot Hyundai or Hyundai Canada websites and why was I not informed when I made the appointment? More
My wife a I wanted to check their inventory for small compact SUVs. Was met by Tony a sales Rep whom I found abrupt and not very helpful. Was asked right away how much I was willing to spend and when as compact SUVs. Was met by Tony a sales Rep whom I found abrupt and not very helpful. Was asked right away how much I was willing to spend and when asked questions I felt he was giving negative vibes. We left feeling as if we imposed on his time. We ended up going to other Hyundai dealerships that had great and personable sales representatives and allowed us to check their inventory. We regret that we can only buy a vehicle from one rep as the others we dealt with from other dealers were excellent. More

Terrible customer service. Check in time is just an estimate. Be prepared to be there awhile before you’re checked in. Too many appointments booked at the same time. Had my car all day and “didn’t have time to call” to give me an update during the day. Went to pick up my car thinking everything was all good only to find the check engine light on. When I asked why they didn’t address that in my $1600 service, I was told that they can’t run that diagnostic without checking with me first but they were “too busy to call”. Be prepared to wait when you pick your car up too. Everyone is arriving at the same time. If you have any questions for the service people, that’s a problem because they leave once the work is done apparently and not at the time that the service desk closes. I will not be returning to this location. More
The Crowfoot service team was exemplary in helping out. The team ran a diagnostic, found a code, redid my alignment, and are looking into a transmission error I encountered.
