Bought a brand new car. Oversold me by $7k with no true valuable freebie/incentives. Did I add there's a $500 commitment fee once you walk through the door? And that I got a demo vehicle but it wasn't discounted? Go somewhere else for better monetary value. They just have great marketing, value lies elsewhere. Forfeiting the $500 would've been wiser than going ahead with the purchase. Even if you have a great salesperson, the business model is not in the customer’s favour. Who charges almost 38k for a car that's worth 25k? Save yourself the trip altogether. They also pestered me for a positive review. Most likely how they have their current ratings. More
Very poor service. They just waste time and not there to sell the car. I was made to wait to wait for 1.5 hours only to tell me that the carfax report shows my car is registered in Ontario which I assume being a car dealer should know that carfax report does not update the records. Alberta registry would have given VIN history which would show where it is registered but instead the manager choose to waste my time. Over and above gave pathetic number appraising my old car by saying we want to be conservative. Just waste of time. I drove 30 kms to buy a car just because they had sale event ongoing. On top of it I was made to deal with 3 different sales managers. Just all in all very bad experience. Not going there again More
I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in the last 5 years. I have had issues with getting to speak with a live person in the service department. I had my 2022 venue in for some warranty work the last 5 years. I have had issues with getting to speak with a live person in the service department. I had my 2022 venue in for some warranty work, but there was an outstanding issue of replacement of the start button which was extremely worn looking. There are only 29,000 km on this vehicle at the time. I was told that they would submit it to Hyundai and get back to me with an answer shortly. That was over a month ago. I have tried repeatedly to talk to someone in service for an answer. Every time I call I get put on hold leaving message, phone call is never returned. I don't understand how in the world they stay in business. Yesterday I got a real live person by the name of Joy, he was going to get right back to me. So far just crickets. When I say that phone calls aren't returned I'm not exaggerating. It's pathetic More
I recently had some work done on my "new to me" vehicle at Crowfoot Hyundai. The work was done fast and within budget. I found the Service Manager(Mike) to be very cooperative and he made sure I was happy at Crowfoot Hyundai. The work was done fast and within budget. Jacob took the time to offered honest insight without any pressure, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure I was comfortable with every step pressure, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. It's rare to find someone in sales who truly puts the customer's needs first, but that's exactly what I experienced here.
