They made us sign an offer sheet and take a $1000 deposit. The deal didn't go through, and eventually went to another dealer (Airdrie Dodge - Great people, go there!) and made a much better deal. A month later noticed credit card deposit wasn't returned, called Taylor and was told "because we made a deal with another dealer the deposit was not refundable," then was hung up on. Was never told this, they refused to give me a copy of the offer sheet, declined to destroy the offer sheet with my signature on it because it was a 'legal document.' Have disputed with credit card company and still dealing with these thieves. Do not, deal with this dealership! Do your self a favour and go to Airdrie. More

Untrained Staff? I was overcharged for $32 on my debit card (there were other issues as well). I will definitely go back to East Side Dodge as my experience there is that it is a much tighter ship. Again there were other issues aside from the aforementioned. They need to tighten up. More

$1000 sales incentive evaporated and felt threatened I've been dealing with car dealerships over the years, and I go armed with a carcost canada report, and I make sure the dealer is making enough for it I've been dealing with car dealerships over the years, and I go armed with a carcost canada report, and I make sure the dealer is making enough for it to be worth while to them. Attempting to purchase a new vehicle with this dealership was a particularly bad experience, which ended up with what felt like threatening behavior from the sales manager to my wife and myself and an admittance the following day that these were the tactics the sales manager used to see if they could squeeze an extra $500 out of us, and instead of being threatening, they should have just asked us nicely if we'd give them an extra $500. We left when it started to become threatening, and saw the sales manager throwing his arms up and down on the desk as we looked back towards the dealership when driving away. The following day we received 5 phone calls from 3 different people at the dealership apologizing and wanting our business, but we purchased the vehicle at another dealership that started off at the price we were asking for and didn't play any of the standard games. Also, there was an up to $1000 private sales incentive for an event they were running, which I was told would be given by a Chrysler rep on top of any deal we agreed on, which evaporated immediately when we began negotiations with the comment "You're not eligible for that because you have a carcostcanada report". Also, watch out for the documentation fees at this dealer which they attempt to pass off as taxes. If they think they're gonna lose the sale, they'll also offer you a trip to Vegas for free, but I've been informed that these free trips still cost you in taxes etc. More

On my initial visit, which was simply to pick up a brochure, he took the time to explore my needs and went as far as to take me a drive in a Caravan even though I assured him I wasn't going to buy anything that day. His comment that his time with me was an investment in a potential future sale made a positive impression on me. Rob was confident that we could make a deal sooner, rather than later despite my skepticism. After a few days and armed with additional information, I again met with Rob despite my belief that we would be miles apart when it came to a deal that would work for me. After way too much back and forth to "see his manager" we were able to agree on the figures and I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome and feel, even after sober second thoughts, that I was treated fairly and got good value for my money. More
