He was more than patient with me and very detail oriented when it came 3 to finding me the right truck as well as appraising my old vehicle to trade in. Everything from finding the right vehicle to the sales and management team was fantastic! I even got to take the truck home on the same day!! The absolute worst experience EVER This was the worst experience i have ever had purchasing anything in my life. The two associates i dealt with went against everything they said they This was the worst experience i have ever had purchasing anything in my life. The two associates i dealt with went against everything they said they would provide starting with the agreed upon purchase price (which was different on my bill of sale than what was present to me), then my vehicle was not properly prepared missing the rims i was told would be on the vehicle. I was told when i was picking up my car that the rims i wanted were actually not in stock and that they would not be put on my car, it then came out shortly thereafter that they were actually in stock, but that the sale associate felt that it would be better to lie in that moment rather than admit their error. After trying to change the purchase price and not properly preparing my vehicle, it then came out that the sales associates registered the wrong vehicle entirely so rather than having the excitement and joy of purchasing a new vehicle, i was experienced disappointment, lies and a complete lack of ability to properly do ones job. If anyone ever asks me where to find an extreme version of the stereotypical greasy car salesmen, i will be sure to direct them to this dealership. My biggest regret in this whole experience is giving this dealership a cent of my money. As it has been six months since i purchased my vehicle, I was told the dealership would be phone me set up a free oil change within the first three months, i haven't heard a word from anyone - another lie courtesy of Crowfoot Dodge! More

She was (and continues to be) incredibly, incredibly helpful throughout this entire experience. Great listener, empathetic and straightforward. Buying a vehicle is nerve wracking, but Liisa really helped make the process a bit more comfortable. Since purchasing the vehicle, she has gone above and beyond what I think most people in the car industry would do. Working around my schedule, calling to make sure everything is working well/I'm happy, and always responding to my texts when I have questions (even the one time I sent a veeeeery early morning text with no regard to if she would still be in bed sleeping..) All in all, I'm very thankful for all the mishaps of the day that led me to meeting her at Crowfoot Dodge. Highly recommend! More
