I bought a new car, and I'm here to tell you NOT to go to Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge in Calgary. Here's what happened - I negitiated on a car and struck a deal with the salesman. We couldn't get the financing d Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge in Calgary. Here's what happened - I negitiated on a car and struck a deal with the salesman. We couldn't get the financing done as it was later in the evening, so I agreed to come back the next day to finish up. Apparently, overnight, someone purchased "my" car on their website. But they had another almost identical car with a slightly lower mileage (like a few hundred KM less) and they were going to give me that one instead. I was fine with that. My partner was the one who actually signed the final financial paperwork, although I was in the room. When we got home, I reviewed the paperwork only to find that they had charged me an additional $1000 without discussing it with us. They charged a bogus "fee" of $500 and added $500 to the cost of the car because it had lower mileage. So I went back in to discuss this and they were awful. Their head sales guy tried to intimidate me, threatened to pull the whole deal, and refused to be reasonable. He was very emotional and angry. In the end they gave me back $500, but not the rest. And so I've decided to tell my story to warn others never to go to this dealership. They are crooked and mean. Stay away and help me spread the word! More
