It's boxing week, my son had just finished a nightshift rotation and needed an oil change and a troubleshoot on his 2007 Avalanche before leaving to a southern ontario destination. I offered to let him get rotation and needed an oil change and a troubleshoot on his 2007 Avalanche before leaving to a southern ontario destination. I offered to let him get some sleep and called Crosstown for an appointment to look at his vehicle. I explained the circumstances and the service rep said bring it in as soon as posible and they would jump through all the hoops to get him on his way. That was excellent, call at the last minute and they jumped right in. I was waiting for the diagnoses and was looking around at vehicles when I was greeted by Steve Jacklin. After some casual conversation Steve asked if I had tested any of the new trucks from Chevrolet, I hadn't. Steve checked with service to see how long the service would be...another hour. Steve suggests, take a vehicle home for a test drive and return when my son's vehicle was ready, no pressure, you like it we can talk, you don't no pressure, catch you next time, why not, I agreed, Steve brought the vehicle around, went with me to the gas station, gassed up, and I was on my way. To make a long story longer, my wife and I took a drive, I called back and asked them to put a price together to look at on my return. When I returned everthing was in place, James Goudreau, walked me through the package explaining every detail, James took his time and made sure I fully understood what I was buying. I returned the day after next to pickup the vehicle with my wife and James went through the whole process again with my wife. It was a pleasure to deal with James, very relaxed and easy to deal with. So, from a service urgent request, to purchase, to pick up, to a hand shake and thank you from the dealership owner I cannot beleive the process could be any better. Mr.James Goudreau was excellent to deal with.First of all he gave us as much time as we need to answer all our question, we never felt rushed. Naturally alot of questions and concerns were based on testing he gave us as much time as we need to answer all our question, we never felt rushed. James at no time used the negative of another auto manufactuerer's product(which I found very professional)to convince us,but instead demonstrated and explained the postive features available on GM'S EQUINOX.If I was to pick out one feature which I beleive GM should advertise more ,would be the side sensors on the car, if you sway over the white line or if a auto is in your blind spot. Even after the sale, James still makes time to answer all our questions and follow up with all of our concerns. More

My wife and I had already test drove a few cars at various dealerships around our city. We stopped in at Crosstown because my wife was curious about the Chevy Cruze and she wanted to test drive it. I had already decided in my head that I was getting a car from a different company that we alreadt had a test drive. Once we got to Crosstown, things began to change for me. Jeleen Lacasse our salesperson was a key reason behind that. She was so helpful and friendly and really did listen to our needs and wants. She also set up a test drive right away and didn't come along with us for the ride like the previous salesperson did at another dealership. The car, (2012 Cruze LTZ RS) did the rest of the selling. It was a great ride and had all the bells and whistles one could want and at an affordable price. Our experience at Crosstown and with Jeleen was definitely one to remember in this day and age where customer service seems to have taken a back seat. More
