No hassle repairs and friendly service When my 2013 Trax had engine issues earlier this month and was towed to Crosstown, Roger Fortier ensured it was immediately diagnosed and repairs init When my 2013 Trax had engine issues earlier this month and was towed to Crosstown, Roger Fortier ensured it was immediately diagnosed and repairs initiated. He arranged a rental car for me, shuttle service, kept me informed of repairs being done and expected completion time. Everything was covered on the warranty. When I picked up the Trax and I detected something was still off, I called Roger and he sent technicians to pick it up at my work immediately and had the issue resolved within a couple hours. He again sent a shuttle at the end of the day and as a bonus (for the inconvenience) even had my Trax washed when I picked it up. Roger is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and devoted to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Roger has been my service advisor for all my regular serving since purchasing the 2013 Trax (oil changes, maintenance, tire change and rotations, etc.) and has delivered excellent customer service every single time. When we decided to go in a couple of days ago to trade in our first purchase with Crosstown we insisted that we needed to speak with James. He has always been so attentive to our needs and makes us feel like we matter. He was on the phone and had a client waiting ahead of us (no surprise) so they offered to have another salesperson assist us. Although I am sure that they would have been every bit as helpful as James we said that we would wait. In the interim, Tyra Lafond started the process for us and was every bit as helpful as James. Besides working with an amazing sales team we have also had the pleasure of dealing with the rest of the team at Crosstown. We always tell everyone we know that we have had excellent service at Crosstown from every department and individual there. Honestly, I couldn't imagine going to any other dealer to take care of all our needs. Thank you CROSSTOWN and especially James!!!! More

2013 Cadillac SRX I live in Barrie and found the SRX with features I wanted around the corner but the mileage was high. Found an identical SRX online at Crosstown with I live in Barrie and found the SRX with features I wanted around the corner but the mileage was high. Found an identical SRX online at Crosstown with 50K less kms. In the end there wasn't much difference in price. Sheri Rousseau from Crosstown arranged everything in advance - on the condition that I liked the SRX when I drove it - and I was able to get the entire transaction done in a day! Drove up with my daughter in the morning and drove back with the SRX in the afternoon and my daughter drove back our other car. It's worth the drive to Sudbury! More
