I was in the process of shopping for a new car and came to the Crosby dealership, thats where I met the awesome and friendly Vinny Luka! The very first time we walked into Crosby's we were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the sales people. They were not pushy in any way. I then met Conrad Fey who I asked one question about the Jetta and the rest was history! I loved the Jetta and the Service i received from the Service staff. One thing I really wanted was a Volkswagen Beetle but at that time they were not available. Now a few years later the Beetle is resurrected. I was invited to their annual car show and right there and then i fell in love with the Beetle. I contacted Conrad and say no more I ordered the car that I always wanted since a child. We were in the market for a new car. Had heard lots of good things about the 2013 Jette and Crosby. We walked in one eve and were instantly greeted by Conrad...the rest is history! Friendly, helpful, professional (but not cold) and got us into the vehicle we wanted for the budget we had in mind. I have a feeling we were the people that bugged and bugged about the car (only because it was our first new car and we were beyond excited). Even when we picked it up we were given a little something extra from Conrad and that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The same goes for Andrea who worked her magic with us and got us into the car....wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for all her hard work.
