It may seem like a small thing, but by preparing the estimate while I was out, it showed me that he was respectful of my time. He explained the various features of the vehicle, in an informative way, never pushing me to make a decision one way or another. His answers to my questions were thoughtful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Not once in the whole experience did I feel pressured to make a purchase.
