The technicians are clearly lazy and on more than one occasion have not fulfilled their duties. When they're asked to do a job they claim they cannot do it and then when you push back on them because you occasion have not fulfilled their duties. When they're asked to do a job they claim they cannot do it and then when you push back on them because you actually have knowledge on the car they can magically resolve the issues suddenly. Unacceptable. Nathan at the front desk is also super rude and will say some random xx to get you to pay and leave but you shouldn't have to pay for something if the job isn't done. John the service manager is pretty good though so I would recommend escalating the issue to him if you need to. Don't just pay when they try to sell you some xx or tell you that they can't fix something which you know is an easy fix. More
