The Salesperson Daniel Seow worked with me on finding a suitable Velar and worked with my budget. Michael Kim the financial manager was pleasant as well. The dealership manager came to me as well to ensure I was satisfied and taken care of. I'm surprised by others experience as I did not have any of that experience. I too was not dressed up to go in the dealership, nor was I judged. You can't have one bad experience with one individual and assume everyone in the dealership is painted with the same brush...Just saying. Honestly, check out the dealership. More

He understood our needs, found us the most beautiful extended Range Rover with all the right features and pulled it out of a dealership in Calgary and we were driving a brand new car within 7 days. He knows the industry and is without question very experienced in the Range Rover line. The best part was, he was able to understand our needs and budget for which he created a win win situation that had us sold without the selling. Thank you Kasra on behalf of our family for providing us a vehicle that will bring many enjoyable memories into the future. I highly recommend Kasra to build your car with his innovative approach to deal making. Last but not least, Dhia Hussain is indeed the experience in their Service direction who is always most knowledgeable with the line and has only good and honest advice to offer. He shared his experiences with the Range Rover and knows what a driver wants in a luxury vehicle. He directed me to Kasra for which I am very grateful. I didn’t know we had to “dress up” to buy a vehicle. The staff was unprofessional and rude. I guess we will go back to BMW and Mercedes where we were treated with respect. Loving our X5 and ML. Would NOT recommend this dealership for anything. More

Unprofessional This is the worst car dealer that I have death with, they don't honor the deals they provided and their services are horrible. They lost my mat that I was forced to buy when I ordered the vehicle, I had to wait until the next appointment when they replace it without the JAGUAR metal. They didn't honor the discount they had quoted me and don't simply care. This dealer gouges their customer for money. More
wow - what a poor service experience If I could give a zero I would. I just called the dealership to arrange my first service (plus a recall fix on my vehicle) with the dealership. They were rude, apathetic and I clearly was inconveniencing them. They had to set up a new customer file - it seemed quite painful and inconvenient the for the service rep. And to top it off because I did not purchase the vehicle from them (I recently moved from the area where I bought my car) they told me that I will need to develop "a relationship" with them before they would provide me with shuttle service, etc. I am very happy to take my service elsewhere......North Coventry Range Rover does not live up to the Range Rover Brand. Disgusted!!! More

I have been told to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get keys and Parts , Called every one they do not care or reply finally I gave up with the Vehicle .this is the worst car dealer experience I had . Some of their staff is Rude they need to be trained or sent to other dealers . More

You will not be acknowledged when you walk into the dealership, but before you even go in you'll have a xxxxx of a time to get a parking since they only have two parking spots, and when your trying to leave a service dumb xxx will most likely park right behind you knowing your trying leave. The parts and service department are the worse. They mess up orders and never get back to you. They need an overhaul of the management and their obnoxious staff More
