Best customer service in London I have been to many dealership with all makes of cars but Courtesy Ford is a different experience. Always pretty simple and straight forward, staff friendly, work completed, never a complaint. My most recent visit wasn't general service...car was hesitating when stepping on the gas and also, tire pressure light kept turning on and off randomly (tires were fine). Being that I am not comfortable with vehicle repair as I know little about cars, always has me a little anxious when dealing with something out of the norm. Arrived for my booked appointment and dealt with Alex, re-explained my concerns with the car. What I liked most was that Alex took the time to super simplify and explain exactly what was going on with the car and repair. Alex made sure I fully understood and was comfortable with what he explained. This made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable environment. When the car was done, Alex was with a customer so a Shane helped me finish up. What was great is Shane again did an overview of the work done, why it was done and the result. I told him I had learned more about my car in a couple of conversations that I had ever learned. I left thinking I would have zero issue coming back with anything out of the norm with the car again. I booked an oil change a couple months out. When I was back in for the oil change Alex saw me and came over and asked how things were and if car was riding ok and accelerating normal, it was and I thanked him for his great customer service. As I waited for the oil change I figured I would take the time and seek out Alex's boss and was referred to Will Taylor. I explained my previous service visit and experience with Alex and Shane and how they both made feel really comfortable with what had to be done and what was done on the car. I told him that I'd appreciated how things were simplified when explaining the issue and repair to me. Will thanked me for searching him out and gave me his card and said anytime I had a question or concern about the car to always reach out for assistance. I'd say friendly, simplified and transparent best described my experience with the team at Courtesy Ford. More
