Customer Service I was recently washing my 2018 F150, which I’ve had for 2 months when the windshield cracked as I was rinsing it. I watched it crack from about 6” dow I was recently washing my 2018 F150, which I’ve had for 2 months when the windshield cracked as I was rinsing it. I watched it crack from about 6” down on the edge of the drivers side and eventually spread to almost the entire height of the windshield. I took pics about an hour and a half apart to show the spread and that there was no impact to start this issue. I brought it in to Courtesy, they took a series of pics to send to Ford’s Warranty department, including the ones I took. Courtesy agreed and they also thought it was a defect but had to send the info to Ford Canada. They denied the claim of course saying it was caused by an impact. I asked what the dealership could do as I have now purchased 3 trucks from them since 2009 and that they acknowledged it was a defect. Will, Peter and Juan went to bat for me on behalf of the dealership and were able to cover the cost of a new windshield despite being turned down by Ford Canada. Peter even offered to pitch in his own money in order to keep a positive relationship and to acknowledge my loyalty as a customer. Much appreciated that this situation was eventually handled correctly. More

Help was there when needed Dropped into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to get some assistance with understanding the electronic features and controls on my new Lincoln M Dropped into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon to get some assistance with understanding the electronic features and controls on my new Lincoln MKC. Dee Menon was more that willing to help. He came out to the car, sat in the driver's seat and walked us through the entire system. He answered all our questions; gave us tips on how to best use the navigation system. Was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. He made us feel very welcome and made sure we knew we can always depend on Courtesy Ford help when needed. More

totally awesome service all around I had originally brought our vehicle in to be serviced again. I then decided not to spend any more money on this car and then set about getting a new vehicle very last minute. having now purchased a new car and dealt with the old one was an awesome experience.
