No pressure, no gimmicks, no “sales talk” — just straight answers and someone who actually listens to what you want. He took the time to walk me through everything: trims, options, towing features, tech packages, pricing, and what would make the most sense for how I’ll actually use the truck. It never felt rushed, and it never felt like he was trying to steer me into something I didn’t need. The whole process was organized and efficient. Randy stayed on top of every detail, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was ready when promised. You can tell he takes pride in doing things properly — and that matters when you’re buying a brand new truck. When it came time for delivery, Randy did a full walkthrough of the F-150 and made sure I understood all the features (and let’s be honest… these trucks have more technology than some spaceships). He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I left feeling confident and excited — not overwhelmed. Also… I’m not saying Randy’s smile should be on a Courtesy Ford billboard… but I’m also not not saying that. 😂 The guy makes you feel welcome the second you walk in.
