One afternoon out of curiosity, I wandered into Courtesy and was directed to Kenny Haynes. Kenny surprised me with the number of questions he asked about my wants and needs. No pressure at all; then he proceeded to flash some very good prices at me. I bought the car and decided to try their service as well. That was about 25 years and 10 cars ago.
