This is the first time experiencing dealing with this dealership. We do not feel that everything was explained as it should have been. There was no mention of the maintenance (undercoating) and warantee dealership. We do not feel that everything was explained as it should have been. There was no mention of the maintenance (undercoating) and warantees . Possibly this was an oversight. We feel that the undercoating should have been part of the vehicle right from the factory and not an addition to be added from a third party company at a further expense to the purchaser. The vehicle was also missing a spare tire (donut) and car jack which was a disappointing find. We feel that the dealership should rethink their position on these points. Other than these disappointments we found the employees that assisted us with this purchase very friendly, professional and accommodating which says a lot about the dealership as well. More
