Got a new truck I went in for warntey work on my 2012 ram and while waiting I had a look at the new trucks in there parking lot. Nick approached me and we starting taking about the new trucks and the offers and sales that where in at the time. I took a 2016 Dodge rebel for a great test drive and Nick told me a lot of great information about the truck, got back to the dealership and started crunching some numbers and I was very happy with the deal nick was able to get me. Lanette Andreas was super awesome at her job and worked with me on getting everything together for me to get my truck. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for any future purchases and work on my truck. More

Fantastic customer service We went to Courtesy Chrysler because we dealt with them for our last vehicle and had a good experience. We were looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrang We went to Courtesy Chrysler because we dealt with them for our last vehicle and had a good experience. We were looking for a slightly used Jeep Wrangler and ended up buying my dream vehicle, a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The process was so easy and everyone was friendly and helpful. Looking for a new vehicle.... Don't waste your time here! I went into this dealership today, wanting to test drive the Compass. A salesman approached rather quickly, introduced himself and brought me to an office. After providing the basics of my License, he got on the computer and followed a series of questions. My five likes of my current vehicle. My five dislikes of the current vehicle. What I am looking for in the new vehicle and my budget. He told me to rate my experience, based on our conversation and gave me a survey to fillout, while he goes to talk to the boss and pick-up the keys. He also asked me if I'd like to look at the Grand Cheeroke, to have something to compare it with, I agreed. First of all, other than having a basic conversation of what I was looking for, how can you evaluate someone for checking boxes off on a computer. Set-up a kiosk in the office and I could do the same thing in less time. The service is where he failed. He returned to tell me the vehicle I wanted to drive, had no fluids and I should book an appointment to come back. Really??? An appointment??? Since when are salesman Doctors. I book an appointment to see my Dentist, my Chiropractor, my Optometrist. I'm not booking an appointment, to spend thirty grand on a purchase. Hmmm, if I wanted to provide a great service for a future customer, I would have come back with something to test drive, they both can't be without fluids. Now I remember why I didn't buy a Jeep last time! It's amazing how easy sales can be, if you give your clients what they are looking for. In this case something to show you tried. More

I was so happy to have found someone that actually listened to my concerns and took great care in trying to resolve my issue. He didn't push additional maintenance on me....which I know perhaps the dealership will not like to hear but I certainly did. In this economy with my husband being laid off I wasn't prepared to spend the money on optional maintenance. He understood and provided me with a schedule to take home if I wanted to consider at a later date. He was helpful and honest. I would certainly want to deal with him again. More
