Average Service Department I took my 2104 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for a VIP oil change and tire rotation, March 14 2016. When it was delivered to me out front of the dea I took my 2104 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for a VIP oil change and tire rotation, March 14 2016. When it was delivered to me out front of the dealership, I got into the vehicle and saw grease/oil footprint stains on my clean tan carpet.....Sigh! This is the second time at this dealership in 3 service booking that this has happened. Don’t they use a paper floor cover like other dealerships? I also had the tire TPM sensors tell me that one of the tires was low, I just figured they had adjusted tire pressure as I had a rotation done. When I got home I found that there was a screw in the back passenger tire.....good grief, it wasn't there when I took it in. The mechanical staff in this garage did not treat my vehicle like I would have expected. I also was told that a wheel alignment was needed. I'm not sure it was really required as I now have a very slight vibration in the steering on the highway when I didn't have one before. I'm not sure its worth taking back though. If it wasn't for the very efficient/professional Service Advisors in that dealership the total experience would have been awful. Michael C & Ahmed took care of the problems when I pointed them out with no hesitation and I thank them very much. Too bad they have to deal with frustrated customers and have to correct all the problems made by the mechanical staff in the garage. They get top marks in my book. More

dodge journey 2016 R/T I came to courtesy chrysler with my daughter and found that the dealer, Moiz greatly helped me with my 4 year old and later in the day with my 6 year I came to courtesy chrysler with my daughter and found that the dealer, Moiz greatly helped me with my 4 year old and later in the day with my 6 year old. The employees helped keep my kids occupied and provided a space where my kids can play and stay occupied while discussing the car deal details. They tried to be very efficient and timely when completing business transactions as having two young kids when completing such a major purchase is very very difficult. Moiz even bought mcdonald's for my daughter's as they were getting hungry before deal completed. I appreciated the time the financial staff took to explain things to me and their efforts to get the best interest rate possible. I would strongly recommend courtesy chrysler dealership to my friends and family. Thanks again guys!! More
