Hi Dedee, Thank you for your feedback. I have read your review and want to make sure your vehicle was taken care by our team. Were the issues resolved? Has there been any other issues since? Sometimes, because the vehicle is brand-new and it is in our inventory untouched until purchased, it will need to be boosted, etc to get it running. Hi Vida, The issues that I brought up with the vehicle when I wrote the original rating were looked after but not to my satisfaction. The vehicle has since been brought in for a leaky roof and kept and I was not provided a loaner even though it was a "brand new" vehicle. ALSO the vehicle was not cleaned after they fixed the roof, all of the water that they sprayed on it to find out where it was leaking from was left in the Jeep. Issues not in the rating: You guys took my Journey and were supposed to pay off the loan and because you sent the loan off late I was not reimbursed the correct amount from Scotia bank and when I advised Marc of this he told me (and my husband) that he would correct it and cut a check for the difference and mail it out. Needless to say that the check has not made an appearance at my home despite the number of messages I've left for Marc. He has yet to return my calls or corrected the issue. The dealership was supposed to transfer my license plate from the Journey to the Jeep and instead ordered a completely new plate and even though they had my vehicle for a ridiculous amount of time to fix an electrical issue they could not change out the plate (the plate was there at the dealership) and instead allowed me to drive out of the dealership with an illegally plated vehicle. I live in Cochrane and did not find out that I was driving a vehicle with the incorrect license plates until I got home and had to come all of the way back into Calgary (closed to 40 kilometers {80 round trip}) to get the correct plate put on and I all got from the dealership was an “oops, sorry not sure how that happened but we will not charge you for the new plate”. The above coupled with the fact that this is my 3rd brand new Chrysler Group vehicle in the past three years and is by far the worse buying experience of my life. Unless something is done I can guarantee that it will be my last. While I can understand your excuse for what happened with the new vehicle delivery I cannot accept it. The Jeep should have been inspected before being sold. It should have been cleaned before being delivered. I sent an email a while ago to the dealer principle, the Salesman and the Finance Officer and received no reply, I cannot say that I am surprised. I am guessing that the employees follow by example.
