Great Service and knowlege of vehicles! I knew the vehicle I was going to buy before I arrived at Courtesy (had been to a couple dealerships previously, but wasn't getting the 'right deal'). In talking with Tim and his vast knowledge of the Cherokee Trailhawlk further reinforced my opinion! The group (Tim, Sales Manager and Finance) I worked with at Courtesy were friendly and made the whole purchase of my new Trailhawk a great one! They also met the expectations I had for the 'right deal'. I am very pleased with my new vehicle - thanks again team Courtesy! More
Worst Service Ever I don't usually write reviews however my experience with Courtesy from start to finish has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealersh I don't usually write reviews however my experience with Courtesy from start to finish has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. Service work is performed and the quality of work is sub par to say the least. I am always promised that it will be fixed but the issues never are. within the warranty period and outside of the warranty period the lack of care is very concerning. All they want to do is sell me a new car but I can honestly say that I will never purchase from that dealership again. More
I was trapped by a free service offer. I was in the dealership for a recall and was offered a free wheel alignment check, which I accepted. I left the car and returned home. They phoned shortly after to tell me the check revealed a problem and suggested a full wheel alignment ($150). I shouldn't have agreed to this but I did. They phoned again after the alignment started to say there were some parts that should be replaced. This was very expensive but as I already had $150 committed I felt trapped into going ahead. To top it off, I told them before the initial check that one of the front tires was low (21 pounds) and was assured that it would be inflated before the check. When I picked up the car the tire was still down 9 pounds. However the valve cap of the good tire was nearly off, so they apparently made a sloppy check of the wrong tire. More
Recall & Maintenance Service Booked an appointment with Courtesy Chrysler for a couple of recalls and to have a tire repaired. Was greeted by Michael Colangeli when I dropped my v Booked an appointment with Courtesy Chrysler for a couple of recalls and to have a tire repaired. Was greeted by Michael Colangeli when I dropped my vehicle off. He informed me that a couple of services were recommended due to the mileage on the vehicle. Michael explained the services completely and in a professional manner. Michael kept me informed through out the day as there was a slight concern with the tire repair and explained everything in detail. Vehicle ended up being ready early and Michael was able to arrange a shuttle time that fit my schedule. Thanks Michael, your professionalism and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. More

First VIP Service on my new truck The first service on my new Dodge Ram 1500 wasn't a great experience at first. When I first arrived at the main shop I was a little surprised to be se The first service on my new Dodge Ram 1500 wasn't a great experience at first. When I first arrived at the main shop I was a little surprised to be sent over to the Quick Lube Center. When I arrived there I wasn't quite sure where to go at first, When I did find the service desk (sorry I didn't see any signs) I was told that I would have to wait for about an hour because someone arrived just before I did. I was confused again because I had made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. and I was at the main shop well before 10:00 and was actually checked in at the Quick Lube Center at 9:58. Fortunately the service technicians were able to start the service on my truck sooner (at about 10:15) than was originally estimated and my truck was ready at 10:55. I asked that the oil filter be shown to me so that I could see that the gasket was still in place and the service advisor brought it to me to inspect as requested, good job Neil O'Connor. In the end it worked out okay, but next time it would be better if I knew where to go and I wasn't bumped by someone who didn't have an appointment. I did have a nice visit with Lanette Andreas who saw me sitting in the waiting room and stopped to visit with me. More
