Collin Wenner took the time to find out what I needed in the new truck and quickly found a few different trucks for me to test drive. When I did find a truck that suited my needs Darrell Sirelpuu got my old truck appraised quickly and then got a real good payment package together for me as well. When it came to financing the truck again I was blown away by there speediness at getting me approved. Candace Fediuk took the time to explain how credit scores work and how to better them. She also was able to approve my new truck loan at very reasonable payments. After the sale was almost complete Collin the. Gave me a tour of the facility into ducking me to the parts department and the service team.vI was dreading coming into buy a new vehicle, but this dealership and the sales teams that helped out that day exceeded my expections. I recommend Courtesy Chrysler to everyone, and I will defiantly be back in the future. As a matter of fact, I had a line on a private sale for the same vehicle at essentially the same price (from the original owner), yet I opted to purchase from these guys because they are very mindful and respectful of their client’s needs. I haven’t encountered the level of professionalism as I did from Ariel and Darrell in any other transactions, let alone a car purchase. Ariel was incredibly (and I mean incredibly) patient with us as we flip flopped on our desired vehicle. Ariel maintained open lines of communication with us and showed a dedication to customer surface that was –and is-- unparalleled by the numerous dealerships and private sellers we have encountered. Ariel and Darrel showed integrity in honoring an offer we made (even after pulling out initially) and made sure our purchase was exactly what we wanted. It sounds cheesy, but these guys were nothing but courteous and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. When it was all said and done, Marina T took care of the business side of things seamlessly.
