It is a known fact that chryslers and some jeep models have a horrible gas tank/vent system. I should have Googled "known problems with chryslers" before I bought this vehicle. Every time I fill my gas tank it spits and pours gas out when I release the handle, doesn't seem to matter if it is full or not. It ruins paint, costs my money, gets on my clothes, is a serious health and safety risk and then will make its way to the storm drain at some point. I took video of it happening in the summer and took it to the technicians...apparently they tried twice and could not duplicate it, but it happens every time I fill the tank. Who doesn't like gas spitting out and pouring down the side of your vehicle every time you fill up, never mind the scene it causes. The cure according to the dealership is for me to pay for a new gas tank and vent system. Online it says Chrysler found some kind of loophole which gets them off the hook for replacing it under warranty and so it lies solely in the owners hands. I absolutely regret buying this vehicle and I cringe and curse every time this happens. I doubt they will fix this problem in their vehicles moving forward, so I would caution anyone that wants to buy a Chrysler. All you are is a commission. More

Very pleased and happy Courtesy was having their trade up event and not expecting much i went in there with my 2015 Dodge Journey which i still owed a bit on and they ended Courtesy was having their trade up event and not expecting much i went in there with my 2015 Dodge Journey which i still owed a bit on and they ended up getting me into a Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. Very very pleased with all the support and excellent customer service. My sales laddie Jacquelyn and the manager Darrell (which i bought my Journey from when he was just a salesman not manager, and remembered me right away) and was an amazing help and told you everything how it is and didn't sugar coat anything with sales talk. Next the finance guy i dealt with, Marc, was very patient and an amazing help. I bought my Journey from there now my Ram and i will continue going through them for all my vehicle needs, and i will continue recommending them to everybody. There wasn't a single thing i was upset or disappointed about. More

2016 Ram 2500 Laramie So I finally decided to take the leap and buy a Dodge my first ever. To be brutally honest the only reason I walked into Courtesy was ever other deale So I finally decided to take the leap and buy a Dodge my first ever. To be brutally honest the only reason I walked into Courtesy was ever other dealer I had been to did not have a 2500 Laramie so I was on the hunt for one. Courtesy did not have one either but was willing to bring one in for me ( with a deposit) so I could at least test drive it. They did and I decided to take the plunge and make a deal. The only complaint I have with the initial purchase was with the test drive the truck gas tank was completely empty so we couldn't go very far basically a few blocks. But my sales guy was really nice and knowledgeable. My biggest negative would be with completing the sale. I dealt with 4 different people, I had nothing in writing and was a bit surprised by the lack of organization, it seemed odd for a company that has been in business for so long. I was told different things by different people and their excuse was they had some staff change over. This is my eighth brand new vehicle purchase and probably the least memorable to date. At the end of the day I did get the truck I had asked for with almost everything I had asked for on it. The reason I say almost is the truck was supposed to have mud flaps installed by Courtesy only it came from Red Deer Dodge with flaps already installed with Red Dodge logos on them and I was told they would be removing the flaps and installing new ones. All they did was unscrew the logos so now I am left with holes in my mud flaps and you could still see the Red Deer logo ghosted into the rubber which I have since rubbed out. This seems a bit shady but not something I am willing to fight about. Something small like this speaks more of the the company. So far I am happy with the truck itself but am still waiting to see about the service, hopefully all goes well. More
