Lost Wheel Lock Socket As above I had lost my wheel socket to remove my tires for installation of my winter ones. I came in earlier in the day to see if I could sneak in, h As above I had lost my wheel socket to remove my tires for installation of my winter ones. I came in earlier in the day to see if I could sneak in, however it was too busy and Joel booked me in for a Monday morning appointment. Before leaving I let him know that I only work 5 mins away and if he had an appointment cancel he could call and I would come right over. Around 2:30 he gave me a call squeezed me in and did almost all the work himself to get me going in a timely fashion. He didn't have to call me in that day and could have kept my appointment for Monday, its employees like this that make a business successful. His little extra allowed me to get my tires on prior to the weather turning bitter cold. Thanks Joel More

New Happy Jeep Owner! I initially walked into Courtesy Chrysler to look at a Jeep Cherokee thinking that was going to be closer to my price point. When Todd, the salesman t I initially walked into Courtesy Chrysler to look at a Jeep Cherokee thinking that was going to be closer to my price point. When Todd, the salesman that helped me from the start informed me a Wrangler Sahara would be closer to my budget I was ecstatic because I've always wanted one!! Todd worked with me week in and out to try and get me the best deal with my budget in mind. He had his sales manager and a couple others crunch some numbers to see what they could do for me. I was pretty stern with wanting a white Jeep and $400/month lease payment. Although we settled on a higher monthly payment I'm still extremely happy with my new purchase and the additional bells and whistles that came with it (better sound system, hitch, remote start, etc...)! Upon arrival of picking up my new Jeep, Dave in Finance helped with with all the paperwork. Todd did a walk around with me of my new ride and showed me how to remove the hardtop and activated the bluetooth system with me. As far as customer service goes, I was impressed with how many ways Courtesy Chrysler covered this. Great customer service is the first thing I look for when making a big purchase. I was surprised to receive a call after nearly each visit to the dealership from someone at the dealership asking how the visit went and how I was treated. Todd kept in touch via text from the day I met him in the dealership to the day I drove the Jeep off the lot (this spanned 1.5 months). Needless to say, in the end I left the dealership with a big smile on my face. You wouldn't understand, it's a Jeep thing :) More
