Looking for pricing on a new Dodge Jeep Cherokee The initial sales person we dealt with fantastic ( Jeff ), it was only his second day and he was very helpful and professional. Once we had gone on a test drive we came back to see what the numbers would look like. We had one of the finance employees come in pressure us to sign papers immediately and he offered us incentives to do so, we declined and said we were considering another vehicle and we needed to decided which was more appropriate for our budget. The finance guy was very pushy and we declined again. He came back and verbally told us the numbers and was very rude to us. We felt like we were not worth his time or even a piece of paper to write the info on. The sales guy Jeff actually went out of his way to get us a piece of paper and pen to jot down this info. We left the dealership not happy with our experience at all. We have purchased a new truck from this location in the past and I can say with certain that we will not be purchasing a vehicle from this location ever again. Just because we were not ready to sign the papers after seeing 1 vehicle doesn't mean the finance guy should have a giant chip on his shoulders when he is speaking to us. We were very up front and told them multiple times that we were shopping for the best vehicle for us and that we were not buying today. The finance guy completely lost our business for good for your dealership! More

Purchase from Saskatchewan Just purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Ariel and Mike @ Courtesy and very impressed . Initially made them an offer on the Fusion , which they accepted Just purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Ariel and Mike @ Courtesy and very impressed . Initially made them an offer on the Fusion , which they accepted and which I backed out of at the last minute . Ariel kept in touch and after a 3 week search I realized their price was too good to pass up . I contacted Ariel , made the deal, flew to Calgary from Regina , got picked up at the airport , took 5 minutes to complete the paperwork , had the Fusion looking squeaky clean inside and out , had a full tank of gas and was on my way . IMPRESSED and I'm not an easy guy to impress . Would definitely do business here again More

Excellent truck buying experience. This was my first purchase from Courtesy and I couldn't be happier. The salesman Nick was excellent, taking the time to really go over the truck and This was my first purchase from Courtesy and I couldn't be happier.
