The sales staff was very pushy and not very honest. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and feel like I was duped. I will say that I should have done more research (that is my bad) I asked for sp I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and feel like I was duped. I will say that I should have done more research (that is my bad) I asked for specific features on my new vehicle and was lead to believe that the vehicle was not built with them. I did not realize the dishonesty of the entire ordeal until I was given a 2015 with every feature that I requested on the 2016 (as a loaner because my brand new vehicle had to be repaired). The truck had an electrical issue less than 10 hours in my possession, there were scratches on the doors a tear in the leather on the steering wheel and (truck was not cleaned or gassed up). What I got from the very aggressive sales manager Dave was that they would fix it and nothing else. Worse purchasing experience ever. I will never purchase another Chrysler Group Vehicle. Their service department is amazing. The reason I went to them to begin with. More

Courtesy no more We have been faithful clients from this leadership for many years. We had bought three cars previously so when we found out we were expecting our thir We have been faithful clients from this leadership for many years. We had bought three cars previously so when we found out we were expecting our third child, we knew we would need a bigger vehicle. We knew our old sales guy did not work there any longer (Jerry Peterson, who he always been amazing to us in every single sale) which we were a lil upset but we figured they would always have our business due to amazing past experiences. We were trading two vehicles in for a Durango or a journey. We were on a tight budget so we decided to pick 2015 model of their lot. This experience was a complete DISASTER! We ended choosing the white model because I wanted DVD players at the back of the seat. They said i had to choose the white one because it was the only one with the DVD hook up. After we purchased the vehicle, they said they could not put dvd players on the back on the seats due to the cost being more than expected but they would compensate us with a $1,500 cheque, which i accepted. Figured you can't win them all and compromising would be a safe way to be content. We spoke to our insurance broker and she was awaiting for the bill of sale from the dealership as usual. We gave the finance lady, Marina, all of our broker's information on an email as requested. We received our vehicle and we waited in the parking lot for them to give us a bill of sale. We then realized there was no owners manual and no gas on the vehicle. They told us to go fill the tank at their expense. then they said they would order the owners manual and the back flash light. Four weeks later and STILL no word back from the owner manual. We also could not drive the car for the first week because they did not give us the registration of the vehicle as we paid extra for. They also took almost two weeks to pay for our previous car loans so payments from these vehicles were taken off our accounts. We also, found out today that we have been driving around with our children in this vehicle with no insurance for four weeks and their response was " you should of done that" when this, as our fifth vehicle bought in this place, we knew they would send the bill of sale as they have in the previous sales. They also cannot let uninsured vehicles leave their lot, yet, they perfectly knew we were not insured. As a matter of fact, we waited on their parking lot while sitting on this vehicle for them to give us the bill of sale. Yusef, our sales person, was great! No complains there. Anything else after him was a complete nightmare. Buying a vehicle should not be a month long hassle. Really upset to see the dealership We have talked wonders of for many years, has gone down the hill like this. We sure won't be coming back, ever. No economic compensation nor apology could justify how their incompetence could of potentially threat our children's well being. More

Noooo people skills or customer service at all👎 I went in to trade in my dodge ram for a new sport recently. They set me up with a girl named Liz who knew nothing about cars at all. On top of it they sent me promotional bonuses and said I was entitled to all these discounts but did not honor any of them. Once they got me into finance they tried running up numbers on me and changing my mind when I specifically told them what I wanted. Last I checked wasn't the customer suppose to be right? To top it off Liz was very incompetent, rude and preferred texting answers rather than being an adult and talking on the phone. When I went to get my deposit back Lanette Andreas didn't have my cheque and said the take 3 months to come back. You figure in a day and age where people are losing there jobs these people at courtesy would be happy to help people who want to buy a new truck instead of treating them like a homeless person who passed out in the front of there dealership. And when I requested to speak to finance they transferred me to a mechanic named Mort. Well I guess the name courtesy speaks for itself. Don't go here if you want to give money to people who don't deserve it or have common sense. More
