While they couldn't provide me with one, it was explained to me when I could get one and why. April was very courteous on the phone and I felt she was sincere when she couldn't help me more with a loaner. She maintained the same demeanor through all subsequent phone calls. When I got the repair work completed, April and Alex were there to help explain what the problem was and how it differed from similar work I had done recently at another dealership. Would strongly recommend this dealership to others and will likely go back here in the future. More

Worst Technicians Ever!!!!! Back in February of this year, my check engine light went on and I brought my car into Courtesy Chrysler to see what the issue was. They found out tha Back in February of this year, my check engine light went on and I brought my car into Courtesy Chrysler to see what the issue was. They found out that there was a leak from my transmission cap. After doing a full car inspection at the same time, they let me know that my breaks needed to be replaced and all my fluids needed filling. They were able to finish all of the needed requirements in one day, but I wish they would have taken their time doing it. During the next week I noticed a pool of liquid forming under my car. For the entire week, the cap that they just recently replaced a week earlier, had leaked all over my drive way because they didn't install it properly. I returned it back to Courtesy Chrysler to fix the problem. One week later the breaks that they just installed started to grind while breaking and the transmission cap that they replaced for the second time had been installed improper AGAIN! It started leaking on my drive way for the second time in two weeks. I went back to them for the third time to fix the same problem that I original brought it in for. They replaced the breaks and the cap again for the third time. It seemed good for a while, until one month later when the check engine light went on again. I brought it back to them again as I assumed it was going to be the same problem again. This time it was ESIM switch. I replaced it. Then 6 months later my check engine light went on again, I brought it back to them now for the 5th time. And found out that the ESIM switch that they replaced 5 months earlier was done improper and that they needed to fix it again. I would have had no problem coming and getting everything fixed by them if, I didn't have to come back multiply times for them to fix the same issues over and over again because they can't put the parts on properly the first time. Very unsatisfied with the technicians and wouldn't recommend anyone going there to fix any major problems with their cars, Unless you are willing to continuously drive back to fix the same problem multiple times again. More

As dogs are not allo Wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Amber for driving my vehicle to the Southland dog park after my service appointment last week. As dogs are not allowed in the service shuttle vehicles, she came up with the idea to drive my car to me and then be picked up by the shuttle there to return to the dealer. Being able to keep my dogs on their morning walk schedule is very important to me and I appreciate that Amber went the extra mile to allow me to do that. More

Amazing Service Department and Great Service Manager I recently purchased a RAM 1500 from another dealership (Crowfoot). Soon after, I noticed a clunking/popping noise coming from the front driver's side I recently purchased a RAM 1500 from another dealership (Crowfoot). Soon after, I noticed a clunking/popping noise coming from the front driver's side. I was very frustrated with this annoying noise going off every time I went off road or over bumps in the road (honestly, who wants to buy a brand new truck for over $50,000 and it be a clunker?!), so I took it into the service department when I purchased the truck. I was given my truck back 3 times with no resolution stating that the mechanics couldn't replicate the noise and found no problems. I was repeatedly dismissed and couldn't help but feel like they had the time of day for me. It was starting to feel like I was crazy and my concerns didn't matter. In my frustration, I decided to take it to Courtesy's service department. Their service manager (Roger) met me in the morning to go for a drive together, where we immediately duplicated the issue. He was very professional, understanding, friendly and reassured me they would figure it out and fix it. And they did! It was a tricky find, but they got the bottom of it. The service manager could understand my situation and wanted me to be happy with my new truck. Excellent customer service and technical expertise from the service department. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making me love my truck again! Will definitely be coming back for my service needs. More
