At first we thought that was a bit too welcoming, however, after discussing with him why we were there - had no intention of purchasing right then - Omar really was very low keyed and LISTENED to what we were interested in. He acted quickly on any of our questions, dispensed with the "sales pitch" when we said we wanted to just look at a couple of vehicles. He quickly helped us balance out which was the more cost effective with the best options for the price range we were interested in. Clearly the dealership has a "system" that everyone has to work within - Omar did his best to balance our approach to the dealership system - we appreciated that. We did purchase before we left - Omar is the reason for that - we know we will like our new vehicle very much - he even hooked up our phone before we left - would have taken us a while to do that.
