Extremely unhappy I scheduled my Cherokee in for a cabin filter, brake fluid and to put on my summer tires. I dropped it off at 7:30am. At 11:30 I called, was told it I scheduled my Cherokee in for a cabin filter, brake fluid and to put on my summer tires. I dropped it off at 7:30am. At 11:30 I called, was told it was in the shop and would be ready by 2:30. Scheduled my pickup for 3:00. Mike arrived at 2:45 to pick me up, just as I was leaving Jeremy called to say my truck would not be ready and that I would have to wait a few minutes. You had 37 appointments on Friday, typically you have 60 appts. When I got there are 3pm, I was told it would be a few minutes. I had a migraine and wasn't sure whether I wanted to throw up or cry. I sat in your waiting room for an hour, al little more than a few minutes, with the channel set to a northern survival show, with a guy butchering a moose and boiling its head to get the jelly from the eyes. Not exactly family program, at that point not only was my head sick but so was my stomach. I have been doing some checking, changing my tires over should only take an hour, I think Jeremy realized when he saw my name on the shuttle pick up board that he had forgotten to put my truck in for the tires and scrambled to do it right away. I have been a customer for 20 years, I have purchased 5 vehicles and always used the service department, I have in the past recommended the service department. At the moment I'm not sure if I will ever set foot on your property again. It's not that it took 8 hours to do a minor amount of work, it was the fact that I just got excuses and lies and told that I wasn't your only customer that day. Way to make a customer feel special. I will absolutely not ever recommend you again, I won't take the chance that someone I recommend get the treatment I did on Friday. And should I come back I will absolutely never deal with Jeremy again. Anne Houston More

For the last few months I've been hum Due to past experiences I always tried avoid dealerships, my best interests were never sought after, until now. For the last few months I've been humming over trading in my Journey for something that better suits my needs financially and personal use. When I made the decision to go in and window shop I was expecting to be pressured into buying something out of my price range followed by rudeness when I refused. Not all this time, I was met with friendly, professionals that considered me a valued customer regardless of my work-in-progress credit history. No used car, no bargaining, no sacrificing my financial and comfort. I was put into EXACTlY what I was looking for with EXACTLY the price point I was comfortable with! I went in yesterday Friday at 1pm and drove home Saturday at 11am in a shiny new jeep lol. If asked if I'd recommend Courtesy Chrysler, hell yes! Everyday of the week and twice on Sundays! More

Jacque My wife and I traded in our older Grand Caravan for a newer one thanks to the great service provided by Jacquelyn Sylvester and Serge Lacasse. Jacquelyn was very helpful, professional and friendly in getting the information on whether it was worth for us to trade in our vehicle. Got a good value for our trade in as well as a great interest rate. We were able to try out another vehicle first and see how we liked it by taking it home for a couple of days before making our final buying decision. Jacquelyn even answered my questions after hours and on a holiday to my pleasant surprise. The vehicle we found online that we wanted to buy, with a few more options, she had ready for us to look at and test drive when we came in Saturday morning. She took care of having the plates changed while financing was being sorted out to minimize the time we had to spend waiting. Serge made sure we only got the protection and Warranty we were looking for and was very professional and friendly to deal with. We had some paint and undercoating done as well as adding a few extras to the outside of our vehicle which turned out very well done thanks to Mary-Ann getting our vehicle as soon as I was able to drop it off Monday. We are very happy with having been able to upgrade our vehicle as well as having had such a great buying experience. Thanks very much. More
