Too many chances First occasion was recall service on our Journey. It took longer than 24 hours, no loaner was offered, and they were very difficult to get answers on First occasion was recall service on our Journey. It took longer than 24 hours, no loaner was offered, and they were very difficult to get answers on finish times. In fact, when it was finally done it was clear they were scared to tell the truth because they didn't originally understand how to fix it. Second occassion was a recall. We tacked on oil change and inspection. 4500.00 suggested repairs. Three days later check engine light goes on and says Keyless sensor problem. I called in because either they missed this on their inspection or they caused it when they did work. They didnt offer to check the reason they just said it would be $150 for another scan. There have been other similar problems, but these are two that stick out. Both Dodge and Courtesy have been a real treat to deal with. I won't go back. I hope they fix their customer service for their existing customers. Buyer beware...i should have really read the reviews before i went there. The bad reviews are hidden but when you find them, theyre exactly like mine. More
