Service Centre has no idea about service We have purchased three vehicles from Courtesy Chrysler in the past two and a half years totalling 125 thousand dollars. We bought a "demo" model from We have purchased three vehicles from Courtesy Chrysler in the past two and a half years totalling 125 thousand dollars. We bought a "demo" model from them which we were told we could have that night but we opted to claim the next day figuring it would be washed, detailed, and gassed. It was gassed but no detailing was performed there was ashes and a smell of smoke from the Service Manager driving it, coffee stains, his reading glasses, parking receipts, addresses, and was not washed. We drove to the States so couldn't return it immediately. 6 months passed and it was time for an oil change, my wife said not to get it at Courtesy even though we have the VIP package, it took some convincing but I was able to change her mind. We took into your shop 4pm Jan 4th and I assume it was fixed that same day. It sat out that night where 4 inches of snow accumulated on it. We were called Jan 5th 2pm to say the car was ready. I arrived at 3:30 to pick it up it and the teck said "heres the keys its in the back". After using the panic button to find it. I had to go back inside to ask them to move the truck that was blocking it in. Waiting several more minutes it was finally unblocked. It was unwashed, 4 inches of snow on it, cold and in worse condition that when we brought it in. YOU GUYS SUCK! Actually the Service Manager SUCKS! Extremely dissappointed! More
