His knowledge level of the vehicles was very good and I felt all my questions were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction. When making my deposit, I was dealing with Serge. He, too, was very knowledgeable of their products (warranties) and provided me with excellent service and a very pleasant way. This was a very enjoyable, non-stressful experience for me and I would recommend both of these individuals and the dealership to anyone wanting to be certain they are being well-informed -- questions are welcomed and appropriately responded to.
