From the minute we met her, to even after we took delivery of our new jeep she was professional, helpful, and went WELL above and beyond for us. We got a smokin' deal on our used jeep. Jackie knew exactly what we were looking for and did everything in her power to make sure that it all came together in a timely manner. She was never pushy and made sure to go the extra mile to make sure that we were 110% comfortable with the sale and all the details surrounding it. Marc in the finance department explained everything step by step in terms we could understand. It was definitely the easiest and least-painful experience we have had when it comes to buying a vehicle (and there have been plently!). More
Review of Experiences with Service Center I had the most amazing service from three individuals with this location. Firstly Joel took care of me and my husband upon bringing in my vehicle just before the holidays. He was efficient and friendly and so helpful. Then a week ago I had the fortunate experience to deal with Roger directly when I had questions regarding my bluetooth option. He was so helpful and provided me with honest feedback and advise on next steps. Then today when I called and spoke to Amber to get my van in she was more then sympathetic and again so beyond helpful. I feel as though I am in great car when it comes to the servicing of my vehicle. I could say more but am along with a 1 and 3 year old that demand constant supervision but wanted to make sure my comments were provided. Thank you Courtesy Chrysler Service Team!!!!! More

Worst customer service experience of my life I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago from Courtesy Chrysler and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and even more problems with the service c I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago from Courtesy Chrysler and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and even more problems with the service center. With the vehicle, I purchased a "gold" service contract, which they led me to believe covered everything I would need. The vehicle had 45,000 km on it when I bought it. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle (about one week later), it started making a very loud creaking noise, which was likely coming from the rear suspension. When I asked them to fix this at the vehicle's first oil change, they refused to look at it. At the next oil change, I asked again, and they said seeing as the vehicle was over 60,000 km that it was no longer under warranty (the vehicle was just over 60,000 at that point, how convenient for them). It was at that point I had to dig up the service contract I had purchased to show them that it was good until 100,000 km. Even though I had this contract that covers the suspension, they wanted to authorize my credit card for more than $200 just to look at it -- and if it was determined to be a maintenance issue, and thus not covered by the service contract (apparently), charge me that fee and then whatever the cost of fixing it would be. Simply stunning. At that same--the second oil change (just over 60,000 km)--Courtesy noticed that the front brake pads, rotors, and the tie rod needed to be replaced, and an alignment needed to be performed. And guess what... none of those things are covered in the service contract. What else was very interesting was that the front pads and rotors had already been replaced at 30,000 km as per a detailed receipt from the previous owner. Amazing. They wanted to charge me wayyy to much to do this, so I took the vehicle to a reputable shop to have the work done with high quality parts for about 2/3 of the price Courtesy had quoted me. Next up, the rear pads and rotors. The vehicle started making a high pitched noise around 72,000 km first noticed on a road trip from Manitoba back to Calgary. The rear calipers had seized and the pads and rotors were toast. We were lucky we made it back to Calgary in one piece without a complete brake system failure. Of course, none of this was covered. Once again, I took the vehicle to a shop far superior to Courtesy's and had the parts replaced on my dime. Finally, I noticed that the CD player wasn't working. I took the vehicle in, and SHOCKER, they said it would be covered, so I brought the vehicle in to get it replaced with new radio sent by Chrysler. About 6 hours after dropping it off, they noticed the radio they were to install did not match the current radio in the vehicle. They called me at work and accused me of switching out the factory radio for a nicer model. I explained to them that it was like that when I bought it. After they did their investigation as to my integrity as a person, they called me back to confirm they had sold me the vehicle with the nicer radio in it. They went on to describe, however, that this was not what the vehicle had been manufactured with. My vehicle is the top model - it has the leather, sunroof, 4x4, everything... and the previous owner kept immaculate records, absolutely everything done to that vehicle was in the glove box with receipts. So I find it hard to believe that the previous owner swapped out the radio, and that my vehicle did not come factory with the nicer Jeep radio--the radio that is detailed in my user manual. Anyways, huge waste of time as they did nothing. Oh, and the windows don't work sometimes, they just totally freeze with the window partially open, and they refuse to look at that without charging me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM COURTESY CHRYSLER. DON'T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLEASE, PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

'recommended maintenance' was scam Brought in a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 with 104,000 km for an oil change and multiple 'preventative maintenance' activities were recommended. Cost was not provided for these activities (>$2,000). Implied that this was all necessary 'preventative maintenance' however, the Dodge Ram Maintenance Service Schedule did not include many of the activities (including replace brake fluid & power steering fluid, major emissions maintenance, spark plug thread service). The remaining work that was done was changing out the automatic transmission, transfer case, and front & rear differential fluid. All of these items are listed for inspection only in the Service Schedule (change out if required after inspection but, not as 'preventative maintenance'). More
