I called Courtesy Chrysler Monday morning and the person who made my appointmen Have had a lot of problems with my Dodge Journey throughout its life. I called Courtesy Chrysler Monday morning and the person who made my appointment for the next day was super helpful and extremely kind. I took my vehicle in because it needed to get the recalls done and because my power steering was leaking(which was one of my recalls). I got greeted outside by a lovely gentleman who was clearly leaving work for the day but took the time to direct me where to go. I drove my vehicle in the garage where they checked it in a day early. I was taken care of by Amber who was super efficient and really took the time to make sure they knew what I needed. She was great. I got a call the next morning from one of the mechanics who let me know there where a few other things I needed done eventually but did not push me to get it done immediately. He updated my software and checked a few other things free of charge, and of course did my recalls and my vehicle was ready that afternoon.
