She sat with me in the car and explained all the features and how to operate them because I am very challenged when it comes to these new gadgets. Thank you Have had a lot of problems with my Dodge Journey throughout its life. I called Courtesy Chrysler Monday morning and the person who made my appointmen Have had a lot of problems with my Dodge Journey throughout its life. I called Courtesy Chrysler Monday morning and the person who made my appointment for the next day was super helpful and extremely kind. I took my vehicle in because it needed to get the recalls done and because my power steering was leaking(which was one of my recalls). I got greeted outside by a lovely gentleman who was clearly leaving work for the day but took the time to direct me where to go. I drove my vehicle in the garage where they checked it in a day early. I was taken care of by Amber who was super efficient and really took the time to make sure they knew what I needed. She was great. I got a call the next morning from one of the mechanics who let me know there where a few other things I needed done eventually but did not push me to get it done immediately. He updated my software and checked a few other things free of charge, and of course did my recalls and my vehicle was ready that afternoon. Thanks to Liz, for her professional way she handled the sale. She asked me what I would want in a new vehicle and WOW, out she came with the right fit for me. I just love my new Jeep. Liz was so easy to talk to and she took extra time finding out more about me. She also remembered what I named my new Jeep, "Candy Cane". Besides Liz, I also would like to thank Eddie and Marc for their professionalism. When I bought my first Journey in 2009 I had many problems with the staff that was never rectified. I said I would never come back but having loved the Chrysler products which I have had since the 1980's I thought I would try again. Since that time I believe they removed the unprofessional staff. Amber contacted me right away explained everything in detail for me. I found Amber to be very up beat, and makes the customer confident they received the best possible service. Defective car I bought a Chrysler 200 last dec 2016. Brand new had it 5 weeks and then entire computer system went on it. It was in the shop for nearly 3 weeks. The I bought a Chrysler 200 last dec 2016. Brand new had it 5 weeks and then entire computer system went on it. It was in the shop for nearly 3 weeks. They were kind enough to lend me a vehicle for this with no issue. Fast forward a year and the same problem is happening all over again. I go to take it in this morning and was told I couldn't have a loner vehicle because I didn't have a credit card. This was not explained to me on Thursday when I called. I also didn't require one last time. So I wasted an hour of my day for nothing. This car seems to have a defect and I no longer feel safe driving my family in it. Brand new car and its garbage!!! More
