A prejudice put to bed My Grand Caravan has had an intermittent problem since we bought it used 4 years ago. I've had it in to my mechanic a number of times. The problem has gotten worse and worse until a week ago I was on the point of saying that this van may only be good as a paper weight. I've always had a prejudice against dealers (too expensive etc) but I had to final give in and take it Courtesy. I dealt with Joel Janz and I'm thrilled to say that they diagnosed the problem and it is now final fixed! Joel was great to deal with. Friendly, punctual and positive. Live and learn. More
