The problem has gotten worse and worse until a week ago I was on the point of saying that this van may only be good as a paper weight. I've always had a prejudice against dealers (too expensive etc) but I had to final give in and take it Courtesy. I dealt with Joel Janz and I'm thrilled to say that they diagnosed the problem and it is now final fixed! Joel was great to deal with. Friendly, punctual and positive. Live and learn. More

What blew me away the most was we had purchased 2 vehicles but did not have a way to get both vehicles home. Fuji offered to help by driving one of the vehicles home for us. I really appreciate all the help he provided. I even have been having more questions and he has always replied and assisted in an extremely friendly and prompt manner. I know I have purchased the vehicles that should last me a long time, but if anything changes in that, I will be contacting Fuji. Thanks again for all your help Fuji! More

If you have Omar as your Sales rep. you will get someone that will take the time to hear what you are looking for and need, because sometimes they are not the same thing at first.
