I was recommended to go dealer shop since it is going to be covered by extended warranty. My car went to their service on Friday morning (7:30am) and they called me at 4:10pm with un-acceptable option. About $1100 estimated for service and extend warranty company approved only $770 so I need to pay over $300.. - I never heard warranty covers partially. I ask Courtesy do not diagnosis since I already knew what's the problem but they said it is going be no charge. I knew they need to diagnosis in order to fix but it was not the time to fix.. They called me at the end of day (also, he will leave in 15min) and gave me options. 1. Getting service with paying $1100 ($770 from warranty and $330 from my pocket) and wait till Monday (they spent whole day doing nothing) 2. Not getting service with paying $150 Diagnosis fee. I believe most of people have a service because there is only $150 from their pocket difference. I took my car back without paying any money since I never heard service can be covered partially and asked not to diagnosis. they kept trying to excuses and blame my 3rd party warranty company. I went to another dealer-shop and got service done. ($800 whole covered by warranty). I believe Courtesy tried to cheat on me. They should take labor hours as like others. Otherwise, they need to negotiate with warranty company not trying to cheat on customer. Don't trust their estimation, way of approaching and recommendation. I don't trust the people in Courtesy. We had hoped to trade in our 2012 Focus and find a newer finacing option that would be safer and more reliable for our baby coming in the fall. The employee looking after us was Omar. Very enthusiastic and animated. But also humourous and genuine. At every corner throughout the experience, he had our best interest at heart. He would let us know every option available. If we needed time to think about our decision as the process moved along, that wasnt met with pressure. But understanding and support. If we countered with a plan that was more affordable for us then they did everything possible to get us that deal. Omar was supportive of every thought or detail we had to share. The manager that day who helped us was Eddie and he also was very kind and sincere. He didnt try to take over the negotiations or lead us in directions that were based solely on profit. We left with our loan being transferred on a solid return of value for the Ford Focus. Our car now is the 2015 Patriot. Only 15000km. Feels very safe and smooth driving. Storage space is perfect for camping as we already did a multiple day trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. In the past few years we have been taken advantage of by dealerships and mechanics for being a young couple. Now with our family growing, we 100% feel confident to return to Courtesy Chrysler for new vehicles and overall advice or guidance. Very pleasant experience My wife and I were looking to buy a new vehicle. Jeep Cherokee was one of the vehicles we were considering so we went to Courtesy Chrysler to look at My wife and I were looking to buy a new vehicle. Jeep Cherokee was one of the vehicles we were considering so we went to Courtesy Chrysler to look at and test drive one. The salesman we ended up dealing with (Will Wagner) took the time to talk quite extensively with us to get a feel for our needs and wants. After our discussion we went for a test drive. Also under consideration was the Grand Cherokee. So we test drove one of those. While all this was going on he had the used car department checking out our trade-in. Further discussions and we eliminated the Cherokee for the Grand Cherokee. Again in the background he had someone searching inventory for a vehicle that matched our parameters. After he found one that closely matched what we were looking for he asked if we would be interested in talking about doing a deal. No pressure. We said sure, let's see what you can do. They presented us with an offer, including what they would offer for our trade-in (that was nice, I hate when they ask you what you want) and after a small negotiation we made a deal. Never once did we feel they were pressuring us to make a deal. Will W was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with at a dealership. Pleasant. Friendly. Knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend if you are interested in one of their products you go to Courtesy Chrysler and ask for him to be your salesman. Throughout the purchasing and delivery of our new vehicle we dealt with several other individuals, Eddie Mansour to finalize the deal, David Chop for paperwork and delivery, and Blair Dingwall the general sales manager. All were very friendly and professional and even though it was obvious they were very busy they still made you feel as if you were their only and most important customer. More

I was concerned at first, but with their immediate contact and follow ups, I was happy with what they did in getting my to me in the time I was expecting. Since I got my car on Friday, Liz has touched base to see anything I need and has stressed on the fact that I can contact her or anyone if necessary. Right from the moment I walked in the door and was introduced to April, I had a feeling I would be taken care of with the best possible service, and I was. April is very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I was always able to talk to her when I needed her even if it wasn't immediately when I called, she called me back very soon after I left messages. I appreciated how customer service oriented she is.
