Joel Ayotte I came in for service because my 2013 Chrysler 300 S power window on the drivers side would not open. I just had the car in for an oil change earlier I came in for service because my 2013 Chrysler 300 S power window on the drivers side would not open. I just had the car in for an oil change earlier and had received a quote from the Service area of the Dealership to fix the clunking sound from the wheel on the drivers side. I was quoted quite a high price by Service to fix this problem and was told it was a particular part of the wheel area that was the problem. However, when we had it checked by a mechanic friend of ours he told us what was quoted was not the problem and the part that we needed would only cost around $169.00 to replace. Understandably, we were upset with the Service department of the dealership for quoting an unrealistic price and saying a part that was not needed was the problem. When we explained what happened to the Salesperson we of course received a sincere apology and then went on to discuss trading in my 2013 car for a newer model. We had a wonderful experience with Joel and manager Dave and the rest of the Courtesy Chrysler Team employees. They even gave us lunch while we were waiting on Service and ultimately in the end I traded in my 2013 Chrysler for a 2016 Cadillac XTS from this dealership. Can't thank Joel and Dave and the rest of the employees enough for the wonderful experience we had that day. You guys ROCK!! More

Best experience ever for new Jeep purchase We recently visited Courtesy Chrysler as we were considering trading in our older Jeep for a new one. Our last car buying experience with a dealership We recently visited Courtesy Chrysler as we were considering trading in our older Jeep for a new one. Our last car buying experience with a dealership had not been a positive experience and left us dreading going through it again. However, when we walked into Courtesy on a Friday evening we were greeted at the door with a friendly "hello and how can we help you". We were introduced to Ross Revilla. Ross was friendly and professional. He listened to what we wanted, rather than telling us what we should buy. He asked us good questions, and didn't string us along with a bunch of bull crap. We asked a lot of questions and he was quite knowledgeable. What he didn't know, he found answers for us. We were introduced to a whole team of people. You can see they all work together to provide a good experience for their customer and help to take some of the stress out of one of life's biggest purchases. Ross came along on our test drive and answered even more of our questions (patient fellow). We went ahead with our new 2018 Jeep Wrangler (oh she's pretty!) and were able to pick her up in under a week. Ross greeted us on pick up day and everything was ready to go. He took all the time we needed to go over the new Jeep and darn it was cold that day! You can tell that Ross takes pride in what he does.
