Terrible service at ‘Courtesy’ Chrysler I was pressured into buying a Jeep from a skeezy salesman at courtesy 2 years ago. I felt extremely pressured to buy this vehicle. I regret buying it I was pressured into buying a Jeep from a skeezy salesman at courtesy 2 years ago. I felt extremely pressured to buy this vehicle. I regret buying it almost immediately driving off the lot, and wrote a review about how I felt pressured and tricked into buying. This exact salesman contacted me within an hour and threatened me if I would not remove the review. Scared for my safety because he knew where I lived, I did. Years later, I go back to Courtesy hoping they would help me trade in my vehicle so I could have a much lower payment. The salesman I was paired with acknowledged my terrible experience before, and said he wasn’t surprised after hearing the name of the salesman I dealt with. On the first visit with him, he tried to put me in a vehicle that would only minimally decrease my payments, but increase the length I had to pay. When I declined he seemed upset and said ‘I need to sell you a car today’. I felt like I was a burden to him, and that he looked at me as money, rather than a customer. I will NEVER go to Courtesy Chrysler ever again. And will voice my terrible experience to all my friends, family, and acquaintances. More

Great service I made an appointment for 7:00 am for an oil change and to have the steering wheel recall serviced. Promptly at 7:00 am the doors were opened and abou I made an appointment for 7:00 am for an oil change and to have the steering wheel recall serviced. Promptly at 7:00 am the doors were opened and about 7 staff jumped into action. My work order was written up quickly and I was offered a shuttle ride home or asked if I would be waiting. The service writer, Jeremy Rae told me that the work would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I waited and the work was completed in one hour. This included the multi point inspection. Jeremy was very polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this service department and will return myself More
