My organisation made some demands and to my surprise our expectation was met. Brenton worked hard to meet our budget for the 3 Vans we bought. Bought 2 vehicles got a great deal Taran was awesome to work with and he took the extra time to make sure i was totally satisfied. He even went as far as driving the truck to a body shop to get the black tips put onthe truck i wanted. I would recomend working with him to anyone if the market for a new vehicle. The dealership worked hard to meet me at the numbers i needed with the vehicles i wanted and even took care of the out of province safety and pst for me. More

As soon as we arrived at Courtesy Auto we met Ross and he was super helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Before leaving for the day we had a vehicle picked out, met with Serge about financial stuff and were promised that they would work on it. By Thursday afternoon, it seemed like everything was in place and we set up a time to go do our trade in and pick up our new vehicle on Friday! Everything happened so quickly. On Friday Matt went over the financial bits with us and Brent showed us the vehicle we would be buying, as the original choice was no longer an option! And Dave quickly got the paperwork bits out of the way! We are so thankful to Courtesy Auto for walking us through this, for their efforts to secure financing and making what coulf have been a stressful event, a very positive one in our lives!! More
Dishonest My daughter bought a used jeep, and the sales person said that everything worked, and if anything breaks within 30 days, then to bring it back and the My daughter bought a used jeep, and the sales person said that everything worked, and if anything breaks within 30 days, then to bring it back and they will fix it. She asked twice, the second time the sales person went and asked someone else to confirm. That person also said, everything works and if anything breaks within 30 days, then bring it back and they will fix it. And they also agreed to fix a few items such as the doors were too tight and so wouldn’t open properly. (To this day they haven’t) Within 30 days, my daughter brought it in because the heated seats never worked, the doors were still not adjusted, and several other small items needed to be fixed. David said that they would only fix ‘safety’ items and that he doesn’t know nor care what the sales person said. He said that Courtesy’s only responsibiiity is that they give my daughter a safe car, not one where everything works. If she wanted a working car, then she should have bought new. Last week the engine overheated and stopped while my daughter was driving, and she nearly got in an accident. Had to tow the car to Courtesy. More

I was in contact with him a few days before coming in to look at vehicles and he was so helpful, gave great suggestions and above all - was not pushy. I traded in a ford (that I absolutely hated and would have unloaded for a wheelbarrow just to get rid of it), Joel really helped me find something that was above and beyond what I needed, making this dealership and Joel #1 in my opinion! He genuinely wants to find you a vehicle that you love and works well for you. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and didn’t feel pressured or rushed into a decision. He told me the ups and downs of every vehicle, Which really helped me make a great decision! I spent hours out of his time checking every single bell and whistle and asking everything I could think of, not once did I feel like I was wasting his time, he was so patient and educated about his vehicles. I’ve had my Jeep just over a month and I still love it so much! I’d also like to take a second to mention the finance manager, David, wow! He was so kind and really explained every detail of my financing options. He was sensitive to the fact I am a student on a budget and made it work. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to him for all the hard work he put in to get me such an amazing rate. He definitely had my best interest in mind. Great Job Courtesy Chrysler!!! 10/10 More
Joel Ayotte I came in for service because my 2013 Chrysler 300 S power window on the drivers side would not open. I just had the car in for an oil change earlier I came in for service because my 2013 Chrysler 300 S power window on the drivers side would not open. I just had the car in for an oil change earlier and had received a quote from the Service area of the Dealership to fix the clunking sound from the wheel on the drivers side. I was quoted quite a high price by Service to fix this problem and was told it was a particular part of the wheel area that was the problem. However, when we had it checked by a mechanic friend of ours he told us what was quoted was not the problem and the part that we needed would only cost around $169.00 to replace. Understandably, we were upset with the Service department of the dealership for quoting an unrealistic price and saying a part that was not needed was the problem. When we explained what happened to the Salesperson we of course received a sincere apology and then went on to discuss trading in my 2013 car for a newer model. We had a wonderful experience with Joel and manager Dave and the rest of the Courtesy Chrysler Team employees. They even gave us lunch while we were waiting on Service and ultimately in the end I traded in my 2013 Chrysler for a 2016 Cadillac XTS from this dealership. Can't thank Joel and Dave and the rest of the employees enough for the wonderful experience we had that day. You guys ROCK!! More
