Satisfied with the sales person Taran was good to deal with. I had some very high expectations, and he worked as hard as he could to please, given the restrained environment that he Taran was good to deal with. Found me a truck that was suitable, worked to try to make me happy during the arduous financing process. Financing would not budge on price for the gold servic package, even though the actual price of the vehicle was $1500 more than the advertised price. Eddie basically said, "well, I guess there was a mistake", no actual resolution. When I pointed out that I had been charged for my undercoat, (when told I would not be), I got a bit of the ol' run around, but inevitably they reimbursed me. After a bit of back and forth, and having to become visibly upset, the staff worked to satisfy. Johnny was great to work with, I will be a return customer, although I will be asking to speak with different management people. Satisfied. More
