Poor customer service. Told them our needs and failed to meet them once the sale was finalized. Didn't do a proper Inspection and now a month into the finance the car has issues presenting. The product advisor was terribly rude and arrogant. At times she was argumentative. I had to argue with her more than once to get her to fix something on my vehicle. It almost seemed like she didn't want times she was argumentative. I had to argue with her more than once to get her to fix something on my vehicle. It almost seemed like she didn't want to take my money. I figure everyone has a bad day, but she was speaking to another customer the same way when I came to pick up my vehicle three days later.
