We went in to buy a 3500 Ram because my husband was in an accident and wrote off his truck. The service was excellent! It was so excellent that I decided I needed a truck too so we ended up buying a 1500 Ram accident and wrote off his truck. The service was excellent! Very happy with the service I got from Ty Bates. He helped my find the right vehicle for my needs. Felt no pressure in the buying of the vehicle. My husband and I showed up looking for an new truck, we got such GREAT service by Ty I decided to buy a jeep too! Ty was very pleasant and attentive to what we were looking for, he was not pushy at all an got such GREAT service by Ty I decided to buy a jeep too! Ty was very pleasant and attentive to what we were looking for, he was not pushy at all and was a great listener with a great sense of humour too.... A breath of fresh air comparative to alternative dealerships.... Ty took us through the various options with the new vehicles. We looked at various vehicles, especially when deciding on the Jeep. We will definitely be back to deal with Ty again in the future!! More

This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had! The dealer completely ignored me and would only speak too and show my husband features, even after I test drove the car because it was going to be mi The dealer completely ignored me and would only speak too and show my husband features, even after I test drove the car because it was going to be mine. Only my husband's information was taken for the customer report even though,again, it was to be my car. When we went to pick it up, other than a head nod from the manager, I was ignored for 5 minutes. Our dealer was there within 30 seconds of my husband arriving. I told our dealer, again, it was my car and he still tried to hand the keys to my husband. My husband had to tell him to give me the keys because it was my car and then he gave them to me. I told him it was my first car and he said he didn't know that, so clearly this time he heard me say it was my car. Two weeks later my husband received a thank you note addressed to only him! Now we have a flat tire just shy of having the car for 2 months and the service department refuses to fix it because they say its in the side wall... only you can see the hole is in the tread. The service technician told my husband that "he hoped he didn't need a ride to work because the shuttle would probably be half an hour". Horrible customer services in all areas of this dealership except the finance area. The only shining light in the whole experience was Kim Power, she was professional and courteous and payed attention to both me and my husband. I have given this dealer a low rating because of the horrible customer services I was shown by the dealer and the horrible customer services my husband received from the services department. More
