I realize a little late, that if this was to be our family vehicle for at least the next 5 years I'd better find a way to like it. The only way to do that was to upgrade with some bells and whistles that I'd become accustomed to. Darrel, Chris and Kim were understanding, accommodating, and generally phenomenal with the customer service. I can't thank them enough! What we ended up with was a 30th anniversary edition of the same van so now the whole family is in love! I will definelty purchase another vehicle from them...it just won't be next month! More

I LOVE MY JEEP!!!!!! I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I I spent the last few months looking at new vehicles. I had gone to the auto show to try to make a decision as to what I really liked and which ones I wanted to test drive. To my surprise, I fell in love with the new Jeeps. I ended up at Courtesy only because I had entered a contest they had going and they called me to set up a test drive. I was hesitant to do so as I have had frustrating experiences with dealers in the past. Of course I was guarded going in and Darrell seemed to be just like any other salesman. We chose the new Cherokee Trailhawk and I am extremely happy I did. I soon found that the people at Courtesy aren't just like all the other dealerships. By far the whole experience with Courtesy was 100 % better than any of my previous. Darrell and Kim, thank you so much for your time and patience. New van purchase I went looking for a van with a good deal. I was welcomed by Darrel Sirelpluu. Our experience with Brian and Matt was great. Brian called me in regards to trading in my 2 door Rubicon for something new, due to the lack of Rubicon's on their used sale lot. I told him on the phone it would have to be a great deal for me to consider, my wife and I put a lot of hard work into the jeep. Well they gave us a great deal and were even willing to negotiate on the price, protection packages, and other services courteously dodge provides. They were quick to find exactly what we wanted even in the colour we liked. When the sale was finalized we told them that we were going to Montana that weekend and how nice it would be if we had the new jeep in time. They took that as a challenge and worked hard to not only get the jeep there before the weekend but apply the protection package as well. Lanette was very pleasant to work with on the financing, making it pretty painless. She kept us in the loop the whole time letting us know the status of the jeep.
