After doing my own research online, I drove straight to Courtesy, I have bought 2 other Jeep/Chrysler vehicles in Calgary at other dealers, and had service for both of them over the years at many dealers i Courtesy, I have bought 2 other Jeep/Chrysler vehicles in Calgary at other dealers, and had service for both of them over the years at many dealers in town. None have matched Courtesy for service. It was a no brainier to buy the next one there. I was just going to Courtesy to verify availability and price of the Jeep Grand Cherokee I had in mind, I price checked online and was happy with the price they had given me. Sam was very helpful and set me up with the info I required within 20 minutes of my arrival. I knew I was buying a vehicle that day and after seeing the one they had in stock..... Done deal. Kim in the finance department was quick and thorough. I appreciate the time Sam spent with me when I picked up my Jeep, he was patient and very well informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Courtesy for their service or their assistance with a purchase. More

I'm the new driver of a sweet Ram 1500, but I didn't know that's what I was going to get when I walked into this dealership on what was undoubtedly one of the coldest days of the year. Brian help didn't know that's what I was going to get when I walked into this dealership on what was undoubtedly one of the coldest days of the year. Brian helped turn what I thought was going to be a stressful experience into one of the most enjoyable times ever. By getting me behind the wheel of several different models until I found the right vehicle for me. Working with Kim helped to simplify a previously complicated financing task and allowed me to use her office like it was my own!! Awesome !! Matt did an excellent job of explaining to me just how the dealership works, not only to provide me with the best pricing, but within my allotted budget. All in all getting me behind the wheel of what I wanted at what I could afford. If buying a new truck is what you need, go to Courtesy, where it feels like you're buying from people you know !! More

We went in to buy a 3500 Ram because my husband was in an accident and wrote off his truck. The service was excellent! It was so excellent that I decided I needed a truck too so we ended up buying a 1500 Ram accident and wrote off his truck. The service was excellent! This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had! The dealer completely ignored me and would only speak too and show my husband features, even after I test drove the car because it was going to be mi The dealer completely ignored me and would only speak too and show my husband features, even after I test drove the car because it was going to be mine. Only my husband's information was taken for the customer report even though,again, it was to be my car. When we went to pick it up, other than a head nod from the manager, I was ignored for 5 minutes. Our dealer was there within 30 seconds of my husband arriving. I told our dealer, again, it was my car and he still tried to hand the keys to my husband. My husband had to tell him to give me the keys because it was my car and then he gave them to me. I told him it was my first car and he said he didn't know that, so clearly this time he heard me say it was my car. Two weeks later my husband received a thank you note addressed to only him! Now we have a flat tire just shy of having the car for 2 months and the service department refuses to fix it because they say its in the side wall... only you can see the hole is in the tread. The service technician told my husband that "he hoped he didn't need a ride to work because the shuttle would probably be half an hour". Horrible customer services in all areas of this dealership except the finance area. The only shining light in the whole experience was Kim Power, she was professional and courteous and payed attention to both me and my husband. I have given this dealer a low rating because of the horrible customer services I was shown by the dealer and the horrible customer services my husband received from the services department. More
